REFUND & CANCELLATION

Refunds for cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your booking will be processed within 48 to 72 hours. If you require an urgent refund, please contact your bank to have the Auth Code released.

If cancellations are processed directly with the airline, please let us know. We will refund an amount equal to the base fare, minus any service fees and taxes, on our end.

After your payment is processed, you will receive your ticket(s) via email within 5 hours of the payment being completed.

If your credit card is declined, the client will be notified immediately via email or phone. In these situations, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their bank and confirm that there are sufficient funds available on the card for ticket purchases.

Additional charges might apply if you use more than one card. Name changes are not allowed. If there are any mistakes on the reserved ticket, the customer must report them on the same day the tickets are issued.

The time it takes to process a refund can differ depending on the airline. Typically, we advise our clients to expect a timeframe of about 7-8 weeks for the refund to appear in their account. Please note that refunds can only be issued in the original payment method.

Additionally, travelers must secure a visa before their departure date, as Flight Booking Center does not facilitate visa arrangements. Flight Booking Center disclaims any liability in the event that an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. For all bookings made through our platform, we will endeavor to assist in arranging alternative travel plans, provided that you have not yet checked in with your airline for the initial segment of your journey. Once check-in has occurred, it is your responsibility to coordinate directly with the airline to reach your destination or to make any necessary changes to your travel arrangements, including modifications to return flights. It is important to note that airlines may impose fees for changes to flight schedules that are not a result of cancellations, rescheduling, or delays initiated by the airline, and such fees may need to be settled directly with the airline at the time of the request.

CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

Most flight tickets offered through Flight Booking Center are entirely non-refundable. Nonetheless, in certain instances where the airline allows for flight cancellations, a refund may be issued as a credit towards a future flight purchase, subject to a cancellation fee for the same traveler and the same airline. It is important to note that this credit will have an expiration date, and we recommend verifying any additional restrictions with the relevant airline. If cancellation is permitted, it is essential to submit your request through our customer helpline before the scheduled departure time; however, we cannot assure that any booking will be canceled. Should you wish to utilize your airline credit for a new booking, you will be responsible for any fare differences, applicable Flight Booking Center post-ticketing fees, and airline penalties. We do not provide any further assurances regarding our exchange fees, apart from the assistance our agents offer while you search for new flight options and re-arrange your travel plans based on availability and other relevant factors.

CANCEL AND REFUND

The majority of our flight ticket base fare is refundable only if you submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of your booking. This request must be made exclusively via telephone. We are prepared to accept and process all refund requests, provided the following conditions are met:

1. You have submitted a cancellation and refund request, and the fare rules of the relevant airline permit such actions.
2. A "no show" status has not been recorded against your booking, as this typically disqualifies your booking from any refund waivers from the suppliers.
3. We obtain waivers from the relevant suppliers to proceed with your cancellation request and subsequent refund.

We are unable to provide a specific timeline for the processing of your cancellation and refund request. All requests will be handled in the order they are received. Upon submitting your cancellation request to our customer service representative, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your request. However, this acknowledgment does not guarantee a refund. Additionally, you will be assigned a tracking number for your request, which can be used for future reference. Following this, we will engage with the relevant suppliers to obtain a waiver based on their rules and policies, and subsequently inform you of the decision made by the respective suppliers. Please note that any service fees charged for your original travel booking are non-refundable.

We depend on travel suppliers for the processing of cancellations and requested refunds. Once the relevant supplier approves your refund, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect on your card statement. It is common for suppliers to impose a penalty fee for processing your booking refund. The entire procedure may take approximately 60 to 90 days from the date we receive your refund request, in addition to any penalties imposed by the supplier.

CHANGES FOR ALREADY PURCHASED FLIGHT TICKETS

Any modifications to your itinerary must adhere to the fare regulations set forth by the relevant airline. The majority of our flights do not allow for name or date alterations once the booking process has been finalized. Flight Booking Center is not liable for any reservations that are made or confirmed if your original itinerary is altered by the supplier due to schedule changes or at the customer's request.
