Baggage Policy

Carry-On Baggage

Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of carry-on luggage along with one small personal item. The total dimensions of the carry-on luggage for flights should not exceed 45 linear inches (115 cm). Generally, there are no weight restrictions for carry-on baggage on most routes, with the exception of certain destinations such as Singapore (7 kg), Beijing (10 kg), and Shanghai (10 kg).

Checked Baggage

Baggage allowances for checked luggage vary based on the type of ticket purchased, but all passengers must adhere to a maximum size limit of 62 inches (157 cm). For those traveling in Basic Economy, Main Cabin, and Delta Comfort, the weight of checked baggage should not exceed 50 pounds (23 kg).

Online Check-In

If you have booked your flight through Alternative Airlines, you can conveniently check in online up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. To do so, please visit our online check-in page. After completing the online check-in process, you have the option to either print your boarding pass or download your e-boarding pass directly to your mobile device.

Airport Check-In

If you prefer to check in at the airport for your flight, you may do so at the designated check-in desk. For domestic flights, please be aware that check-in typically closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
