How do I search for one-way or round-trip flights?
Use the search panel on our Home or Find Flights page. Toggle between One Way and Round Trip, enter your departure and arrival cities or IATA codes, choose your dates, and select your travelers and cabin class.
What is an IATA airport code, and do I need to know mine?
An IATA code is the 3-letter code assigned to every airport worldwide (for example, JFK for New York or LHR for London). You don't need to memorize codes โ just start typing a city name and matching airports will appear automatically.
Can I book for multiple passengers including children and infants?
Yes. Our travelers selector lets you add adults, children (age 2โ11), and infants (under 2, travelling on a lap), and choose Economy, Business, or First Class for the whole group.
Do you charge a booking fee on top of the airline fare?
Any applicable service fees are shown clearly before you confirm payment โ never added silently afterward. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?
We support 100+ payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, all processed over an encrypted, secure connection.
Is my payment and personal information secure?
Yes. All transactions run over SSL-encrypted connections and we never store full card numbers on our own servers.
Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
Yes โ a confirmation with your PNR / booking ID is sent to your email immediately after a successful booking, along with e-ticket details.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel or change my flight after booking?
Cancellation and change options depend on the fare type you purchased. Review our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact our support team with your PNR for fare-specific options.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7โ10 business days, though timing can vary by airline and payment method.
I made an error in my passenger's name โ can it be corrected?
Minor name corrections are usually possible within airline guidelines. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your booking ID to start the correction process.
